The room we had was perfect for our one night stay! Comfortable and clean. The room had a microwave, tv, refrigerator, one queen sized bed, night stands, 2 chairs a desk and table area and best of all no carpeted flooring which I feel is more sanitary. The bathroom was large and had a tub shower combo with the sink outside the door for use while someone else is in the shower. The room was plain and spacious! Check in was easy and parking was close to the room. We had a 2nd floor room. The motel staff were polite and helpful! We were given enough towels for our stay and the room was cool when we arrived for our comfort! Plenty of space to set suitcases and hang items.

Excellent handicap accessible bathroom. The bars were in the correct positions around the toilet and in the bath. The bath bench was sturdy. Liked the freezer unit in the small refrigerator. The room is minimalist but meets a traveler's needs. LVF flooring seems as though it keeps the whole room cleaner. Good value. Location has access to restaurants, liquor store, and convenience stores within walking distance of the motel parking lot. If one is looking for a resort type ambience this is not the place but excellent for travelers needing a place to rest before journeying on.

The Room was very clean however, the Motel is quite dated and I have to say I was very shocked about the bed in the first room we booked into, it kind of like an Army Cot but bigger. I had to kinda chuckle when we first arrived, but all in all it was a place to lay our head and I have to say it was extremely clean. Most of all Your Staff is AMAZING!!! So friendly... ALL OF THEM AND VERY HELPFUL. :) Your Motel was 99.9% Better than what we stayed at in Las Vegas!!! At least what you say on your website is 100% TRUE!! We Stayed at 1 of the Top Hotels in Vegas - it didn't have a Coffee Maker or Microwave!!!! I have yet to sit and compose myself to write my review on that Hotel, but I can assure you it WILL NOT BE FAVORABLE!!!

Good bed, big room and big bathroom. Though basic accommodation, it was perfect. Everything in Duluth was expensive so, it felt expensive(!) The neighborhood had better than expected amenities!

The place was updated and clean. We had an issue with water not draining in the tub and they were on it right away. The staff was very proactive and on top of our maintenance concerns.

Clean room and added fridge and ice. Room lighting was great . The building was quiet and the room temperature was easy to control. The hotel was very close to where we were going. The sheets were clean.

The check-in desk clerk was very friendly. My room had very minimal items in it , but it was large. I really enjoyed being in a room like that.

The front desk woman was absolutely terrific. Apparently when getting a reservation through booking, it does not let the person know that there are smoking rooms and I booked a smoking room, she saw my son and quickly assisted in changing our room without even being asked.
